Comparative Study on the Re-use of Government Information Resources

政府信息资源蕴含着巨大的经济与社会价值,信息资源管理工作起步较早的国家早已对其进行充分的再利用。选取较为典型的欧盟和美国为例,对比分析两者在政府信息资源再利用方面的政策与实践情况,并通过与我国政府信息资源再利用情况的比较,总结出对我国的启示,期望能为我国的政府信息资源再利用工作提供参考。

The government information resources are of great value, and ought to be fully exploited. The re-use of government information resources is an important model for the exploitation of government information resources. The paper firstly compares the policy and practice of re-use of government information resources between the Europe and the United States. Then the current situation of reuse of government information resources in China are described, and some suggestions are given through the comparison between China and foreign countries.
