摘要
目的构建科学、合理、有效的医院护理人员考核评价指标体系。方法在文献查阅的基础上,将周边绩效理论引入指标体系研究,通过专家咨询进行指标体系的建立与筛选。结果建立了一套任务绩效与周边绩效为一级指标、包含10个二级指标及38个三级指标构成的考核指标体系。结论以任务绩效与周边绩效为维度的护士绩效考核内容及体系涵盖了影响护理工作质量的各个因素,指标设立及权重分配合理,可作为医院护理人员绩效管理的参考。
Objective To establish a performance evaluation index system propitious to nursing management. Methods After reviewing literature, the index system was established and selected based on surrounding theory and expert consulting. Results A set of task pand peripheral performance index were estabilished as the first level index. Including 10 secondary index and 38 third index. Conclusions This new performance appraisal category and system covered the all aspects of influencing nursing quality and can be used to evaluate the performance of nursing job objectively and comprehensively.
