我国对城市土地集约利用的研究是改变我国城市土地粗放利用模式、实现城市土地利用由外延式扩张到内涵式集约利用转变的现实需求,应进一步完善城市土地集约利用的驱动机制研究,城市集约利用土地标准研究,城市土地评价指标体系及GIS技术的应用研究。

Land intensive use is the inherent requirement to carry out The Scientific concept of development,build Resource-intensive and Environment-friendly society.It is very important and urgent to sum up the research results of Land intensive use,especially the research results of Urban land intensive use in currently research and practice.Based on sum up urban land intensive use research results of domestic and overseas experts,the article pointed out that it is lack of research on urban land intensive use inherent mechanism,standard and criteria,evaluating index system and application of GIS technology,etc;and should be the research focus in the future.
