摘要
目的比较两种进餐体位对急性心肌梗死患者临床症状、心理状态及体征的改善效果。方法将患者分为观察组(半卧位)和对照组(平卧位)各60例,观察对比进餐1h后患者临床症状、心理状态及体征的变化。结果观察组临床症状、心理状态及体征的改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间仅心绞痛、心电图,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者取半卧位进餐能改善循环、呼吸、消化系统功能,恢复患者健康心理,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To compare the effect of the Semi-supine position and the horizontal position at dinner on the symptoms,the signs and the Psychological states of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods All patients with AMI were randomly divided into two groups;experimental group(semi-supine position)and controlled group(Horizontal position).The symptoms,the signs and the psychological states of all patients were observed before and one hour after dinner.Result There were significant differences in the symptoms,the signs and the psychological states between the two groups.There were not remarkably different in cardiac angina and electrocardiogram.Conclusion The semi-supine position at dinner can improve the digestive function,respiratory function and circulation of patients with AMI,and can promote theirs physical and psychological recovery.
