摘要
采用三维引导路径图技术进行穿刺活检,探讨其在穿刺活检中的临床应用价值。通过对26例患者穿刺活检结果显示,采用三维引导路径图技术均能准确地使穿刺针到达病灶并获得标本。26例检查中肺部鳞癌6例、肺腺癌4例、骨纤维瘤4例、骨转移瘤8例、骨肉瘤4例,其中1次进针25例,仅1例进行了反复穿刺。三维引导路径图技术在穿刺中比传统活检技术准确性和稳定性更高、安全可靠、并发症少。
To discuss the clinical application value of three-dimensional image-guided technique.26 cases patients had been checked by the technique.The results showed that the use of three-dimensional image-guided technology to guide accurate the focus and obtain samples.All of them,6 cases were lung squamous cell carcinoma,4 cases were adenocarcinoma,4 cases were bone fibroma carcinoma,8 cases were bone metastases carcinoma,and 4 cases were osteosarcoma carcinoma.Only 1 case was tried again.Three-dimensional image-guided technique is higher accuracy and stability in the puncture biopsy than traditional.
