摘要
作为一种新的制造模式,虚拟制造是多学科先进知识形成的综合技术,其框架和体系结构在其各单元技术的研究与应用中起着提纲挈领的作用,因而引起了越来越多的重视。本文结合当前虚拟制造研究和应用情况,给出了虚拟制造的内涵,探讨了其关键技术和主要研究内容,研究了与实际制造过程的映射关系。
As one of new manufacturing patterns, VM is a multiple subjects-crossed synthetical technique. Nowadays, the research on architecture of VM is paid more and more attentions because of its leading importance upon the unit techniques. Investigating the present status of research and application of VM, this paper focuses on the studies of substantial meaning, the key techniques and the map from RMS(Real Manufacturing System)to VMS(Virtual Manufacturing System). As a result, it presents the architecture of VM platform that sustains the whole production process in an enterprise.
