摘要
针对三维空间磁场与磁力测试系统在数据采集过程中出现的磁力和磁场信号不稳定现象,从信号、接口连接和稳压三方面分析了问题出现的原因.通过引入二次稳压、滤波电路和混合滤波算法,有效降低了噪音信号的干扰,提高数据采集的质量.通过对直径为30 mm和25 mm永磁体间的磁力、直径为30 mm永磁体表面磁场分布的测量和比较,结果表明:在引入二次稳压、滤波电路和混合滤波算法后,数据采集信号的质量比改进前明显提高.
The instability of the magnetic force and magnetic signals emerged in the process of data collection in the system of three-dimensional magnetic force and fields test are analyzed from the signal,interface connectivity,and the regulation is improved atso.The interference of noise signals is reduced effectively via inducing quadratic regulation,filter circuit and the algorithms of hybrid filtering,the quality of data collection is improved.the magnetic force between two permanent magnets of 30mm and 25mm in diameter and the magnetic field distribution of a permanent magnet with diameter of 30mm have been measured before and after the modification of the system.The results showed that the quality of signal-to-noise has been effectively improved during the experimental process.
