摘要
在碱性介质中,苯巴比妥增强了鲁米诺-NaClO弱的化学发光,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)对该反应具有强的增敏作用,据此建立了检测苯巴比妥的流动注射化学发光的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,苯巴比妥的浓度在4.0×10-7~3.0×10-5mol/L范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为2×10-7mol/L,相对标准偏差为2.3%(n=11,c=1.0×10-6mol/L).该方法快速、简单、并且灵敏度高,已用于药物制剂中苯巴比妥含量的测定,回收率在95.0%~103.1%之间.
In alkaline medium,the weak chemiluminescence reaction of luminol-NaClO was intensified by phenobarbital,and the raction of luminol-NaClO-phenobarbital was enhanced by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB).Based on above phenomenon,a new flow injection chemiluminescence method for phenobarbital determination was developed.Under the optimum condition,the calibration curve obtained for phenobarbital standard was linear in the concentration range of 4.0×10^-7~3.0×10^-5 mol/L with a detection limit of 2×10^-7 mol/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD) for determination of phenobarbital was 2.3%(n=11,c=1.0×10^-6 mol/L).The proposed method was rapid,simple and sensitive.The method was applied to the determination of phenobarbital in tablet,recovery rate was from 95.0% to 103.1%.
