摘要
基于并行工程的理论,建立了CAPP与PPS(ProductionPlanning&Scheduling)并行设计过程模型并讨论了工艺规划决策方法,为实现CAPP与PPS的集成奠定了基础。CAPP生成多个可行工艺方案是CAPP与PPS集成的需要,本文讨论了多工艺方案的表示方法,基于多工艺路线与/或图表示,提出了一种行之有效的生成多工艺路线的启发式方法并给出了应用实例。
Based on CE theories and methodolgies, a generative approach for developing alternative CAPP solutions to address the integration of CAPP/PPS in the implementation of Concurrent Engineering(CE) proposed in this paper. A concurrent design process model is first established to facilitate the decision making, which leads to generation of alternative process plans with downstream PPS requirements under consideration. An AND/OR graph mechanism is adopted to represent possible variants of the manufacturing processes. A case study of typical workpiece manufacturing is discussed in detail to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed approach.
