摘要
针对印染生产过程中生产设备之间切换成本、生产设备负荷平衡的问题,分析生产过程中的瓶颈设备来优化瓶颈设备使用、提高利用率,研究订单式印染生产过程.采用分层赋时着色Petri网(HTCPN)技术建立生产过程的模型,并将该模型转化成Witness仿真模型.分析模型的运行状态与结果,对模型进行优化,分析生产过程设备的瓶颈.仿真结果验证了HTCPN模型的可操作性与有效性,从而为企业制定合理的车间生产计划提供理论依据,提高了生产设备和装置运行效率,缩短了生产周期.
The switching costs between equipments,the load balance of equipments and the bottleneck of equipments exist in the printing and dyeing production process.The bottleneck equipments were analyzed to optimize the utilization of bottleneck equipments and improve the utilizing performance,and the order-driven production process was researched.A model for the process was conducted with the hierarchical timed colored Petri net(HTCPN),and the model was transformed into the Witness simulation model.After analyzing the running state and results of the simulation model,the model was optimized and the bottleneck equipments were found.Simulation results verified the workableness and effectiveness of HTCPN model,which provided a theoretic principle for enterprises to make the workshop production schedule,promoted the running performance of equipments and shortened the production period.
