摘要
由于测绘点与实际接触点在理论上存在差异,摆动从动件空间凸轮机构的反求问题目前仍未获得很好解决.本文在空间凸轮反求CAD中,提出了利用廓面测绘数据根据共轭曲面原理反求出从动件运动规律,再利用该运动规律和有关结构参数重新解析设计出廓面的新方法.文中对反求方法和测绘数据进行了分析;提出了理论廓面、实际廓面的相关性质;在此基础上,利用共轭曲面原理导出了从动件运动反求的非线性规划数学模型,给出了算法.本文的反求技术有利于将反求设计与常规的解析设计融合于统一的凸轮CAD软件体系中.
The deeper research has been made in this paper on reverse engineering of cam mechanisms with oscillating cylindrical roller followers.A novel solution has been given that a new cam contour is designed analytically using both the structure's parameters and the follower motion which is a reverse solution using measuring data of the original cam contour based on the theory of conjugate surface.In this paper,the reverse engineering methods and measuring data are analyzed first.Then,some corresponding properties of cam contours are given .Based on that,a non linear mathematical programming model is derived and its solution is studied. At last,CAD of cam mechanisms with oscillating cylindrical roller followers based on the method proposed is discussed.The reverse method presented here can also be used in the cam contours' verification.
