摘要
感应线圈发射器作为电磁发射器的一种,在未来军事领域具有十分广阔的应用前景。基于有限元的思想,利用仿真软件Ansoft分析驱动线圈驱动方式和电枢初始位置对发射器发射性能的影响,根据选定的最佳参数对单级感应线圈发射器的动态特性进行计算。通过计算明确了发射器发射过程中各参量的变化情况,为下一步对发射器进行优化设计和实验验证提供了技术支撑。
As one kind of electromagnetism launcher,induction coil-launcher has wide application prospect in the military affairs domain.Based on the idea of FEM,the influence of the coil-launcher’s drive model and armature’s initial position on launch property was analysed.Then the dynamic characteristic calculation of the single-stage induction coil-launcher based on the chosen parameters was carried out.By doing this,the diversification of the parameters during the launch process was specified and the technical support for the optimization design and validation experiment was supplied.
