断手指分型分级在急诊手指再造中的应用

The application of typing and grading of damaged digit to acute reconstruction of digit

目的:探讨断手指分型分级在急诊手指再造中的应用价值。方法:损伤手指10例12指,其中9例11指行游离足趾移植再造手指,1例1指行腹部皮瓣包裹指骨修复拇指。分别按断手指分型分级和手指缺损分度对各指进行分类。并对两种分类结果进行比较。结果:所有手指均获得分型分级和缺损分度资料,两者之间存在对应关系。分级未出现a、b、c级,分型分级未对第一掌骨进行描述。结论:对第一掌骨部损伤补充分型为Ⅴ′型和Ⅵ′型后,断手指分型分级可以应用于急诊手指再造中,并弥补了手指缺损分度对非缺损性指体分类的局限性。

Objective： To evaluate the application of typing and grading of damaged digit（TGDD） to acute finger reconstruction.Methods： A series of 12 fingers of 10 cases,of which 11 fingers of 9 cases were reconstructed by toe-to-hand transfer and 1 thumb by abdominal flap,were classified according to TGDD and defect degree（DD）.Results： All fingers could be classified according to TGDD and DD.There were some relationships between two classifications.There was no grade a,b or c and no description of the first metacarpus of TGDD in these fingers.Conclusions： After supplementary type Ⅴ′and Ⅵ′ for the first metacarpus,TGDD can be used for acute finger reconstruction and can make up for the weaknesses about the application of DD to damaged finger with no body disappeared.
