Preparation and electromagnetic properties of nano γ-Fe_2O_3/expanded graphite composite material

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶和低温自蔓延燃烧相结合的方法,通过燃烧混合石墨层间化合物的铁氧体干凝胶制备出一种兼具导电性和亚铁磁性的纳米γ-Fe2O3/膨胀石墨复合材料。采用SEM、XRD和VSM等对其性能进行了表征,结果表明,铁氧体燃烧产物为γ-Fe2O3颗粒,平均粒径31.69 nm,呈膜状分布于膨胀石墨的表层或层间孔隙。随着复合材料中γ-Fe2O3含量的增加,其平均电导率呈逐渐下降趋势,而磁化强度逐渐增强。 Nano γ-Fe2O3/expanded graphite conductive and magnetic composite material was prepared by sol-gel and low temperature self-combustion technique.Ferrite sols were mixed with graphite intercalation compounds and the combustion of the gels produced both expanded graphite(EG) and nano γ-Fe2 O3 particles on the surface and internal holes of EG.The property of the composite materials was characterized by means of SEM,XRD and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The results show that the self-combusting product of the gel is γ-Fe2 O3 with the grain size of 31.69 nm coated on the surface and clearances of EG.With the increase of γ-Fe2 O3 the conductivity of the composites decreases while the magnetization increases gradually.
