摘要
利用动电位极化、交流阻抗技术及扫描电镜手段,在0.5 mol/L HCl溶液中,研究了两种季铵盐IMC和CBO化合物对Q235钢的缓蚀行为.结果表明,IMC和CBO化合物的缓蚀效率随添加浓度的增大而增加,在质量浓度为80 mg/L时分别达到95.3%和98.1%,且表现为混合型缓蚀剂特征,CBO的缓蚀性能优于IMC.二者在碳钢表面的吸附为物理-化学混合吸附,吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附规律.
The inhibition performance of two quaternary ammonium salts compounds(labeled IMC and CBO)for the Q235 steel in 0.5 mol/L HCl solution was comparatively studied by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The surface morphologies of the tested stteel smples were observed via scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that both of IMC and CBO were excellent inhibitors in acidic solution acting as the mixed-type inhibitors through suppressing simultaneously the cathodic and anodic processes via the mixed interactions of physical and chemical adsorption on steel surface,which followed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.The inhibition efficiency increased with the increasing concentration of the inhibitors,and reached 95.3% and 98.1% at the concentration of 80 mg/L,respectively for IMC and CBO.However the inhibition performance of CBO was better than that of IMC.
