Basing on the track crane of railway container yard with rotatory mechanical function, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several current types of track crane with rotatory function. It discusses on the arrangement of railway container yard of Dalian International Container Terminal company and the actual loading situation, at last it selects the suitable track crane for the company.
