基于正交法的抗硫酸盐腐蚀水泥配比设计

摘要 以硅粉、粉煤灰和矿渣为矿物掺合料,采用XRD和SEM分析了矿物掺合料对水泥水化产物、水泥石结构和形貌的影响,并用正交法确定了水泥掺入矿物掺合料的最优配比。实验结果表明:掺入矿物掺合料有利于降低水泥中Ca(OH)_2的含量,改善水泥石孔结构,提高水泥的抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能,且当硅粉、粉煤灰和矿渣以占水泥质量10%、15%和0的配比一同掺入时,水泥的抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能最好。 Silica fume,fly ash and slag were chosen as mineral admixture. The influence of mineral admixture on cement hydration products,structure and morphology of hardened cement paste were analyzed by means of SEM and XRD.The best mix design of anti - sulfate cement was determined trough orthogonal design.The results show that mineral admixture is beneficial to improve sulfate resistance of hardened cement paste by reducing alkalinity and improving the pore structure.When silica fume,fly ash and slag accounting for 5%,10%and 15%of cement separately are mixed together,the sulfate resistance of Portland cement is the best.
