中性植酸酶的研究与前景 被引量:1

摘要 植酸酶在饲料工业中已经得到了广泛的重视和应用,但在我国占据重要地位的水产养殖业中应用传统的酸性植酸酶则具有较多的局限性,文章着重介绍中性的β-折叠桶植酸酶的研究现状,其在自然界磷循环中的重要作用及其在水产养殖和环境治理中的潜在作用和研发趋势。
