摘要
本文借助于数值方法研究了工业用辐射热交换器.在辐射挨热计算中应用了Hottel's zone method的基本概念.对于直接交换面积的多重识分问题,利用了数论网格法,使得数值积分的精度和速度大大提高.在求解温度场中,采用了较有特点的迭代步骤,其迭代收敛速度很快.
In this paper, industrial radiant heat exchanger is studied by numerical method. The basic concept of Hottel's zone method is adopted. For the multiple integrals of direct interchange areas, the number-theoretical method is used to increase the calculating rate and accuracy of numerical integration. In order to solve the temperature field, a new iterating procedure is performed.Thus, the iterating convergence is quickly achieved.
