摘要
本文在分析光电色选机工作原理的基础上,设计了基于ARM的色球分选系统以对光电色选机的工作特性及关键参数进行研究,利用计算流体力学的方法通过计算机仿真分析得出了喷嘴外流场的速度分布图,理论分析及实验研究的结果对提高现有光电色选机的性能具有重要意义。
The paper researches on the Photoelectric color sorting machine's working Principle and design a Photoelectric color sorting machine based on ARM controller in order to research the machine's working characteristics and key parameters. And the distribution maps of flow velocity out the nozzle had been obtained by using computer based on the CFD method. The experimental results are very important to improve the Photoelectric color sorting machine's performance.
