摘要
本文通过对工件的径向沟槽测量结果统计,对新近研发的能够安装在立式钻床上的液压径向进给专用刀具加工性能进行CPK制成指数分析。证明了这种刀具适用于加工轴向孔内的径向沟槽。它能够保证沟槽与中心的同轴度及沟槽精度,操作简单,快捷,适用于批量生产。
Base on the statistic of measured data for the processed radial-groove, this paper analysis the processability of a new radial groove special processing-tool which may be equipped on the upright drill by use of made-index CPK. The CPK results prove this tool is suitable for processing radial groove in axial aperture with high coaxiality, simple and quick operation. And suitlble for the workpiece of batch production.
