描述了一个“开放式Java可视化用户界面开发工具”，重点描述了该系统的通用接口模型及其动态扩充模型的设计思想、组成及实现方法。
This article describes the design and implementation of an Open Visual Java Interface Developing Tool(OV,JIDT). andespecially focuses on the dynamic incremental model of the system. We also give an example developed using OVJIDT.
