摘要
应用DTA,XRD研究了氟锆酸盐玻璃中碱金属氖化物的引入对玻璃稳定性及析晶性能的影响.差热分析表明,引入适量的NaF使(T_c-T_g)和K_(gl)值增大,当10mol%NaF取代BaF_2时,(T_c-T_g)和K_(gl)出现极值.析晶活化能也随NaF引入量改变,呈规律性变化,同样在NaF10%(mol)时出现极值.XRD测定表明,玻璃中可能析出的晶相类型与NaF/Ba_2的比例密切相关.
The stability and crystallization behavior of ZrF_4-BaF_2-LaF_3-AlF_3 glasses were studied by DTA and XRD. The results show that when the appropriate amount of NaF is added, T_c-T_g and K_gl increase} when the BaF2 is partly replaced by 10mol% NaF, the maximum of (T_c-T_g) and K_(gl) is found. The activation energy of crystallization E varies with NaF content and the minimum of £ is found in 10mol% NaF. It is found by XRD that the types of crystalline phases formed in glass depend on NaF/BaF_2 ratios.
