This paper presents the principles and technologies of the low-cost and high availability (LCHA) interconnection of the computer networks. The design goal of LCHA computer networks is proposed. The structures of LCHA communication links, host computers, servers, and network equipment (including Hubs, switches, routers, and stored program control switching processors) are given.
