我国处于经济发展的高峰期,同时也处于环境污染责任事故发生的高峰期。尤其是作为乡镇经济支柱的乡镇企业,发生的环境污染事故也越来越多。乡镇企业环境污染责任事故一旦发生,造成的损失是巨大的。因此,创建乡镇企业环境污染责任保险具有积极的意义。本文就创建乡镇企业环境污染责任保险的各方面提出了笔者自己的观点,着重分析了创建乡镇企业环境污染责任保险的原因,创建乡镇企业环境污染责任保险的注意内容,以及对如何发展乡镇企业环境污染责任保险提出建议。

Our country is being in economical development peak, at the same time our country is also in the peak that the environmental pollution accidents happen. Especially as the township economic backbone, more and more environmental pollution accidents of rural enterprises occurred. Once the environmental pollution accidents happen, the loss is enormous. Therefore, there is a positive significance on the establishment of the rural enterprise environmental pollution liability insurance. This article talks about some aspects of the rural enterprise environmental pollution liability insurance. This paper emphatically analyzes the reason, attentive contents of establishment of the rural enterprise environmental pollution liability insurance and how to promote the development of the rural enterprise environmental pollution liability insurance.
