摘要
本文研究了Ge-Te-Se系统玻璃组成与静电复印特性的关系,给出作为复印材料使用的较合适的基础玻璃组成范围.同时,还研究了卤素掺杂剂对复印特性的影响,发现BiI_3在Ge_1Te_(1.5)Se_(97.5)玻璃中掺杂可降低残余电位,疲劳也不明显。
In this paper the dependence of xerographic :spectrum on composition as well as the proper compositional range in the Ge-Te-Se system was investigated. The effects of doping Cu or Bi halides on xerographic spectrum were also studied. The results showed that BiI_3 could suppress the residual potential of xerographic spectrum and no marked fatigue was observed for the Ge_1Te_(15)Se_(97.5) glass.
