摘要 应用体视显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪对近期集中爆发的冷轧电镀锡板表面白色条状缺陷的宏、微观形貌特征和缺陷成分进行分析研究,并经现场调查及模拟试验,分析认为酸洗前热轧板表面被点状有机物保护,酸洗时无法去除该区域的氧化铁皮,经冷轧轧制后形成此缺陷。 Recently, a mass of white strip defects appeared on surface of cold-rolling tincoated plate were studied by stereoscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), and qualitatively analysis of dispersive spectrum (EDS). Com- bined with spot investigation and simulation test, the reason was discussed that hot rolling surface was protected by dot-like organic substance, which caused iron oxided scale which was hardly removed through pickling processes, finally formed the defects on surface of tincoated plate after cold rolling processes.
