复发或转移性胃肠间质瘤的治疗策略

摘要 胃肠间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumors，GIST）是极易复发及转移的一类肿瘤．虽然近10年对此病例已有诊断及治疗的共识．但对复发或转移性GIST的治疗仍是目前国内外关注的焦点。
