摘要
民航强国是建设创新型国家任务策略下的全民航共同奋斗的战略目标。在分析建设民航强国和创新型民航所面临的科技挑战和存在问题的基础上,结合民航发展特点和实际情况,提出了增强民航科技创新能力、促进民航科技跨越式发展和实现民航强国的科技支撑引领的措施与策略。
The strategy of making China strong in civil aviation is a common strategic goal for the entire civil aviation community in an effort to build China into an innovation-based country.This article analyses the challenges and problems we face in our endeavor to make China strong in civil aviation.Taking into full consideration the features and reality of China′s civil aviation industry,it puts forward countermeasures and strategies for enhancing innovative capacities in the civil aviation sector,promoting the rapid development of civil-aviation-related science and technology and providing scientific and technological support and guidance for the strategy of making China strong in civil aviation.
