摘要
在借鉴我国研究生院评估指标体系中"研究生培养及质量"指标的基础上,结合拔尖创新人才培养的标准和要求,以研究型大学为例,构建出了研究生拔尖创新人才培养绩效评价体系,借助层次分析法(AHP)确定各项指标的权重,形成了一套较为科学、有效的研究生培养绩效评价方法,为改善研究生培养活动提供依据。
On the base of "post-graduate training indicators" of graduate school of China's evaluation index system and the standards and requirements of top-notch creative talents,this paper builds a post-graduate training of top-notch creative performance evaluation system.By taking research universities as an example,the paper determines the weight index by analytical hierarchy process and forms a scientific and effective evaluation method of graduate training of top-notch innovative talents.It provides a reference for post-graduate training institutions to improve their activities.
