摘要 在构建我国的知识产权教育体系时,重点和首要的是,加强对当代大学生的知识产权教育。起步于上世纪80年代的知识产权高等教育,历经20多年的发展虽已取得长足的进步,但总体规模仍然很小,并主要集中于专业人才的培养,绝大多数大学生群体被忽视。"知识、意识、能力、行为"四位一体的知识产权高等教育模式,定位于帮助每一位当代大学生普及知识产权基础知识,培养知识产权意识,提升创新能力,改变行为模式。 During the construction of Chinese intellectual property rights in education system,the focus and the importance are to strengthen the intellectual property education in contemporary college students.Started in the 80s last century,the intellectual property rights of higher education have made considerable progress after 20 years of development,but the overall size remains very small,and mainly focus on the training of professionals,the vast majority of college students groups have been ignored."Knowledge,consciousness,abilities,behaviors" four in one's model of the intellectual property rights of higher education,positioned to help every contemporary college students universal the basic intellectual property rights,foster the awareness of intellectual property right,enhance the capacity of innovation and change the patterns of behavior.
