摘要
多样化整合战略(也称多角化发展战略)失败的原因经常被误解为一个企业领导者的好大喜功,或者是多角化发展战略本身有缺陷,然而,通过使用案例分析的方法对白云山、三九集团等公司实施多角化发展战略的成败案例进行分析,探讨企业多角化发展战略的成因,发现多角化发展战略的失败并不是因为前述两个因素。通过对白云山和三九集团等公司的分析,得出多角化发展战略实施最重要的一个条件是一个企业的领导层,包括其下属的领导集团必须具备足够的领导能力,以应付不同产业各自的特点和困难。因此,当一个企业在进入一个全新的产业的时候,必须要注意自己的领导集团是否具有驾驭新的产业、找到适合新产业管理方法的能力。
The reasons for the failure of the diversification strategy can easily be misunderstood and considered as the leader or the management group's premature advance,or the defective of the diversification strategy.However,after studied the two Chinese medicine companies,Guangzhou Baiyunshan,and Sanjiu,the reasons for the failure of these companies diversification strategy are not the two reasons above.This study is trying to find that the true collective reason of the two companies'diversification's failure.After the case study,the main reason is found,which is the managerial capability of the management group,especially the managerial capability in different industry of the company.As a result,a company which is going to employ diversification strategy must have a management group with enough managerial capability in both the original industry and the new industry the company is going to enter.
