摘要
为建立非商业性的基础与公益性信息系统评价指标体系,从实际应用角度出发,在考虑经济效益评价相对弱化情况下,着重于系统建设、技术、应用、性能等方面开展系统评价研究,建立评价指标体系。最后通过应用模糊综合评价模型,对城市地质信息系统实例进行评价,验证了该指标体系的科学性与应用性。
For the purpose of establishing the evaluation index system of basic and welfare information system,the paper focused on system evaluation of construction,technology,application and performance bases on its application and weakness of the economic evaluation.Finally,by applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the case of the urban geological information system was evaluated which verified that the instance of evaluation index system was scientific and applicable.
