Research of Project Dynamic Risk Management Based on Hall Three Dimension Structure

基于霍尔三维结构的思想,结合项目风险管理的实践提出了项目风险管理的霍尔维度——时间维、环境维和知识维。以动态和系统的观点来分析项目风险,尽早地发现风险源,并以项目总体目标为依据制定风险应对计划,规划、选择合理的风险管理对策,以尽可能地减少项目风险的潜在损失和提高对项目风险的控制能力。

Based on the concept of ＂three dimension structure＂,the paper maps out the three dimensions of project dynamic risk management——time,environment and knowledge by the practice on project dynamic risk management.It analyses the risk of project in terms of dynamic and system and discovers the sources of risk as early as possible.According to the final goal of project,the paper makes plans and selects reasonable countermeasures for risk management so as to reduce the potential risk of project and enhances the control capability on project risk.
