摘要 研究壳寡糖、氨基葡萄糖对酒精性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用。将昆明种小鼠随机分组,用连续灌胃酒精的方法建立酒精性肝损伤模型,实验组小鼠在灌胃酒精前1 h灌服不同剂量的壳寡糖和氨基葡萄糖,8周后,检测血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和γ-谷氨酞基转移酶(GGT)的活性,甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)含量等生化指标。取肝脏进行固定,做组织切片,观察组织受损情况。研究结果表明,与正常对照组比较,模型对照组小鼠的ALT,AST和GGT活性以及TG,TC含量均有明显的升高(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,壳寡糖和氨基葡萄糖各剂量组均能显著降低上述5个指标的水平(P<0.05),且接近正常组水平,组织学观察各剂量小鼠的肝组织受损程度均有所减轻。壳寡糖和氨基葡萄糖对小鼠的酒精性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。 To study the protective effects of Glucosamine and Chitooligosaccharide in alcoholic liver injury mice. Methods. alcoholic liver injury mice model were established by feeding alcohol, the treating groups were fed Glucosamine or Chitooligosaccharide an hour before feeding alcohol. The ALT, AST, GGT,TG,TC in the blood serum were measured after 8 weeks, then fix up the liver and make pathologic sections and observe them by optical microscope. The level of ALT, AST, GGT, TG, TC in model group were significantly increased compared with normal group (P〈0. 05). GLC and COS can effectively decrease all the five indexes near to normal level. The pathologic sections reflect the GLC and COS can cure the liver injury. GLC and COS can significantly protect the alcohol liver injury in mice.
