摘要
将信息论中的熵值理论与层次分析法相结合,兼顾决策者主观偏好与方案的客观属性,采用多种目标函数建立优化模型,将熵权与主观权重结合以确定综合权重,给出了多种交互式多目标决策模型。以某港新建工程的多种设计方案的排序优选为例,比较分析了新模型与层次分析法的计算结果,说明新模型在港口规划方案优选时更易反映多种主观与客观因素对方案决策的影响,结果更加合理。
This paper combined the entropy theory in theory of information with Analytic Hierarchy Process, which considered both subjective preference and objective attribute. Diverse objective functions were employed to establish different optimization models to determine the weight of index which combines object with subject weight and provide multiple methods of Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problems. These methods were used to the comparison and selection process of five different design schemes of a port engineering project. The results of different methods were compared with each other. It was verified that these new methods were practical and dependable to reflect the influence of multi-factors including objective and subjective for the complex MCDM process of port engineering projects.
