摘要
目的:观察茶多酚对大鼠移植性肝癌的抑制作用。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、茶多酚高、中、低剂量组,各组动物于移植术后8d处死,分离肿瘤测量其体积,RT-PCR法和免疫组织化学方法检测肿瘤组织中TLR4、NF-κB、TNF-α、VEGFmRNA和蛋白的表达。结果:茶多酚能明显降低肿瘤体积,降低肿瘤组织中TLR4、NF-κB、TNF-α、VEGFmRNA和蛋白的表达。结论:茶多酚能抑制大鼠移植性肝癌的生长,其机制可能与抑制肿瘤炎症反应,降低VEGF表达有关。
Object:To study the effect of Tea ployphenol on implanted hepatoma in rats.Method:Sprague Dawley rats with hepatoma were divide into normal group,sham operated group and three Tea ployphenol groups.Contents of TLR4,NF-κB,TNF-α and VEGF protein and mRNA were detected by immunohistochemical and real-time PCR methods,respectivly.Result:In Tea ployphenol groups,Contents of TLR4,NF-κB,TNF-α and VEGF protein and mRNA were decreased markedly.Conclusion:Tea ployphenol could inhibit the implanted hepatoma in rats.This maybe concerned with that it could inhibit inflammation in the implanted hepatoma in rats.
