摘要
本文应用恒速升温热重法研究6种不同的中国煤焦与CO2的反应动力学。由所得热重数据确定在常压和950~1400K温度范围内的气化转化率α,并采用速率方程dα/dT=(A/φ)(1-α)exp(-E/RT)及其积分式求得气化反应的动力学参数。浸渍K2CO3的枣庄长焰煤焦在CO2中气化反应速率明显增大。预测K2CO3对其他5种煤焦亦可能有明显催化能力。
In this paper, the reaction kinetics of gasification for six different kinds of Chinese char in carbon dioxide at atmospheric pressure has been investigated by means of thermogravimetric method at constant heating rate. The conversion fraction of gasification of char, in the temperature range of 950~1400 K, is also determined from the thermogravimetric data. The rate equation dα/dT=(A/φ)(1-α) exp(-E/RT) and its integral form have been proposed and used to evaluate the kinetic parameters of the gasification reaction. Since K_2CO_3 used as catalyst can promote the rate of gasification of Zaozhuang char significantly, it may be predicated to be valid for other five kinds of Chinese char.
