心脏干细胞的分离技术 被引量:2

摘要 干细胞再生为心肌组织的研究及心肌梗死的修复带来了新的曙光。近期的研究表明,在成年人和哺乳动物心脏内,均存在原始的、未分化的干细胞,该细胞c-kit阳性,被命名为心脏干细胞(cardiacstemceils)^[1-3]。心脏干细胞在体内外被证实可分化为心肌细胞、内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞,并重构心肌组织,改善心功能。
