手足口病相关病毒感染尸检二例 被引量：2

摘要 例1男，15个月。主因发热2d，于2009年6月24日入住某县医院。体检：体温38．1℃，神志清，双肺呼吸音粗。诊断：发热原因待查，上呼吸道感染。予抗感染等治疗。6月26日查体见神志清，精神稍差，咽部充血，未见疱疹，双肺可闻及少许哮鸣音。
