摘要
本文从改进混凝土制品生产工艺的角度出发,通过机械泵处理并挤注入模的水泥沙浆与普通水泥砂浆特性的对比发现,经机械泵处理后所得水泥浆体的流动性与强度都得到改善,因此认为机械泵注技术可作为混凝土制品生产工艺发展的一种新途径。
This article proceeded from improving the technology on manufacture of concrete products through squeezing and pouring by the pump, and found that the flowability and strength in early stage of the pump pouring cement mortar were above greater than that of the ordinary cement mortar. It proved that the pump pouring technology might be a way for development of cement products technology.
