城市肿瘤患者医院-社区全程化网络化管理体系的构建

Construction of Hospital-Community-Based Whole-Course Network Management for Urban Patients with Tumors

目的建立一套全程化网络化的城市医院-社区肿瘤患者管理体系,改善肿瘤患者的就医条件,提高肿瘤患者的生活质量,延长生存期,达到高效综合防治肿瘤的目的。方法采用网站的形式,以自行设计开发的"社区医疗跟踪管理系统"为基础,建立起医院与南宁市各社区卫生服务中心(站)的联系,共同构建一套集诊断、治疗、随访、康复及临终关怀为一体的肿瘤防治监测体系。结果建立起一套符合临床治疗要求的网络工作体系和工作流程,构建了全程化网络化的城市医院-社区肿瘤患者管理体系,并初步运行了该体系。结论该体系的建立具有重大的意义,可使肿瘤患者得到方便、快捷且专业的医疗服务。

Objective To set up a management system in whole-course network for urban patients with tumors in both hospital and community so as to improve the tumor patients′ medical conditions and quality of life,and prolong the survival period,and thus to gain the purpose of comprehensively and efficaciously controlling tumors.Methods A website was set up,taking ＂community health tracking and management system＂ as the basis,to build an integrating control and monitoring system for communication between the hospitals and the health services stations in Nanning city,including tumor diagnosis,treatment,follow-up,rehabilitation and hospice care.Results A set of system and working process that meets the requirements for clinical treatment was established,or a hospital-community-based whole-course network management for urban patients with tumors was set up,and the system was initially operated.Conclusion The establishment of this system is of great significance.It will enable tumor patients to get convenient,fast and professional medical services.
