住院冠心病患者健康功能损失程度的研究

Loss Degree of Healthy Functions of Hospitalized Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨住院冠心病患者的健康功能损失程度。方法采用疾病影响程度量表(SIP)对182例住院冠心病患者进行问卷调查。结果住院冠心病患者各维度健康功能均有所下降,总体功能损失(25.28±8.58)分,功能损失程度最大和最小的维度分别为娱乐消遣功能[损失(57.19±14.34)分]和交流功能[损失(6.99±8.61)分];不同性别患者的总体功能、躯体、睡眠休息、家务管理、饮食功能损失程度间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同经济收入患者的总体功能、躯体、社会心理、睡眠休息、家务管理功能损失程度间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同心功能患者总体功能、躯体、社会心理、娱乐消遣、睡眠休息、饮食功能损失间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关分析结果显示年龄、住院次数、疾病程度与健康功能损失程度呈正相关(r值分别为0.564、0.369和0.318)。结论住院冠心病患者各维度健康功能损失程度及其影响因素各不相同,医护人员应该根据研究结果指导临床干预,最大限度促进患者健康功能恢复。

Objective To explore the loss degree of healthy functions in hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted by using Sickness Impact Profile （SIP） in 182 hospitalized patients with CHD.Results Every dimension of healthy functions declined in hospitalized patients with CHD,the total score of healthy functions loss was （25.28±8.58）,Functional loss of maximum and minimum dimensions were entertainment （57.19±14.34） and communication （6.99±8.61） functions.The functional losses of total health,physical,sleep rest,home manage dimensions showed significant differences between different genders （P0.05）.The functional losses of total health,physical,social-psychological,sleep rest,and home manage dimensions showed significant differences among patients of different incomes （P0.05）.The functional losses of total health,physical,social-psychological,sleep rest,entertainment,and dietary dimensions also showed significant differences （P0.05）.Correlation analysis showed that age,number of admissions,disease severity were positively correlated （r=0.564,0.369,0.318）.Conclusion In every dimension of the hospitalized CHD patients′ healthy functions,the loss degree and impact factors are different.Medical staff should,according to the results,guide clinical interventions so as to maximize the promotion of functional recovery in hospitalized patients with CHD.
