我国西部地区开展门诊化疗及其社区护理的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Outpatient Chemotherapy and Community Nursing in Western Region of China

目的对当前门诊化疗及社区护理的国内外开展现状进行分析,探讨其在我国西部地区开展的可行性及意义。方法通过文献资料法和专家意见,结合社会、国家、护士角色需求,对患者生存质量、经济费用等进行分析,找出风险并提出应对措施。结果在我国西部地区开展门诊化疗及社区护理是可行的。结论门诊化疗后的社区护理可以带动社区护理的发展,节约医疗卫生资源及患者费用,提高患者的生存质量,将成为一种较好的卫生服务形式在未来得到广泛运用。

Objective To explore the feasibility and significance of developing the chemotherapy and community nursing in the western region of China by analyzing the present situation in China and abroad.Methods To identify the risks and their countermeasures by literature review and expert advice,in combination with analyzing the needs of community and the country,and the role of nurses,the quality of patients′life and the economic cost.Results To carry out the outpatient chemotherapy and community nursing is feasible in region of west China.Conclusion To have community nursing care after outpatient chemotherapy can develop community nursing,save the patients＇ costs of medical care and health resources,and improve the quality of patients′ life. It is a very good service which must be popular in the near future.
