中药湿热外敷联合TDP灯热疗对结核性渗出性胸膜炎渗液吸收的效果观察

Effect of Thermotherapy with Chinese Traditional Medicine plus TDP Light on Effusion Absorption in Tuberculous Exudative Pleurisy

目的观察中药湿热外敷联合TDP灯热疗对结核性渗出性胸膜炎渗出液吸收及预防胸膜并发症的效果。方法将100例结核性渗出性胸膜炎胸穿抽液患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对两组患者在热疗过程中的感受、并发症情况及患者胸穿术后15d累积抽出胸腔积液总量进行比较分析。结果两组患者胸腔积液抽出总量、胸腔积液消失时间及平均住院天数比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中的感受、舒适方面及并发症情况比较差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药湿热外敷联合TDP灯热疗方法在治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎过程中能促进胸积液吸收,增加舒适感,减少并发症。

Objective To observe the effect of thermotherapy with traditional Chinese medicine combined with TDP light on the absorption of pleural effusion and prevention of complication.Methods Totally 100 tuberculous exudative pleurisy patients received pleural effusion by pleuracentesis were randomly divided as trial group and control group,with 50 in each.The conditions were compared between the two groups in feeling of the patient,complication,and accumulated total amount of pleural effusion for 15 day after the pleuracentesis.Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the pleural effusion amount,time of disappearance of pleural effusion,and average hospitalization time （P0.05）.And there were significant differences between the two groups in feeling of the patient,comfort and complication prevalence （P0.05）.Conclusion Thermotherapy with Chinese Traditional Medicine plus TDP Light can promote the absorption of pleural effusion,increase the comfort feeling of the patient,and reduce the prevalence of complication.
