社区卫生服务中心在社区传染病爆发时的应急工作探讨——附1宗甲型H1N1流感疫情防控分析

Health Emergency Performance of Community Health Service Center While Infectious Disease Outbreaks:An analysis of prevention and control management for one case with influenza A(H1N1)

目的探讨在社区爆发甲型H1N1流感疫情时社区卫生服务中心的任务与应急处理方法。方法在本社区爆发甲型H1N1流感疫情时,社区卫生服务中心迅速赶赴疫情爆发点,及时指导、协助疫情单位开展疫情防控工作与组建临时医务室、临时隔离病区,分类隔离、观察、治疗及管理患者,进行疫情管理与报告工作。结果经过5d的防控工作,疫情得到了有效控制,经临时医务室诊疗78人次,收隔离病区62人(经市疾控中心确诊甲型H1N1流感者10人)全部痊愈出隔离区,无一例发生严重并发症。结论社区采取及时、科学、有序的防控措施,能迅速、有效地控制疫情,并减轻医院的压力,能直接有效地指导社区进行疫情的防控工作。

Objective To study the mission and emergency performance of community health service centers while the Influenza A（H1N1） outbreaks.Methods The jobs of our community health service center while the Influenza A（H1N1） outbreaks were summarized,including arrival at the region of Influenza A（H1N1） outbreak quickly; direction and help to prevention and control of epidemic situation; construction of the temporary clinic and isolation ward; classified isolation,treatment and management of patients; and management and report of epidemic situation.Results After five days prevention and control,the epidemic situation was effectively controlled.Totally 78 clinic visitors were handled,and 62 patients put in isolation ward [10 patients were diagnosed as having Influenza A（H1N1） by Guangzhou CDC] were fully recovered,no complication occurred.Conclusion The timely,scientific,and orderly prevention and control measures taken in community health service centers can quickly and effectively control the epidemic situation and relieve the pressure of hospital,and directly and effectively guide the epidemic prevention and control in community.
