目的指出社区注射治疗的安全隐患,采取防范措施,以降低医疗风险的发生。方法积极对发现的安全问题进行整改,严格执行各项规范制度。结果减少了护理缺陷的发生,护理差错事故发生率为零。结论通过对安全隐患问题进行改进,加强了感染控制的防范措施落实,有效地提高了社区注射治疗的质量与安全。

Objective To investigate the potential safety problems of injection therapy in community,and take some preventive measures to reduce the incidence of medical risk.Methods The safety problems found were actively corrected and regulated,and all the standardized rules and regulations were strictly implemented.Results The incidence of nursing defects was reduced,and accident rate of nursing error was zero.Conclusion The correction and regulation of safety problems enhances the implementation of infection control precautions,effectively improves the quality and safety of injection therapy in community.
