摘要
本文对行波磁场净化液态金属技术中金属液流动现象的产生进行了模拟试验和理论分析,指出流动产生的根本原因是金属液受力不均匀。对影响电磁力均匀化的几个参数进行了测定和讨论,并提出了相应的抑制流动的措施。
A simulating test and theoretical analysis on the formation of turbulent flow in the molten molten metal being puri- fied by traveling magnetic field were conducted. It is pointed out that the inhomogeneous electromagnetic field is the basiccause for the flow. The parameters affecting the homogeneity of the electromagentic force are studied and discussed, andthe corresponding measures to suppress the turbulent flow put forward.
