摘要
通过对工作液中加入粉末微粒后的电火花加工极间间隙流场进行数值模拟和仿真,提出了新型射流方式,使粉末微粒在间隙流场中分布更均匀,提高了放电点在间隙流场中的分布均匀度,有利于实现镜面电火花加工。
By numerical simulation on two - phase flow of gap glow filed in powder mixedEDM, this paper presented a new jet flushing, whih increases the uniformity of powder particlesdistribution as well as the discharge location distribution, this new jet flushing helps to achivemirror - like surface finish by EDM.
