摘要
铸造生产中,只有优质的铁液才能提高铸件质量。铁液质量包括其化学成分、温度、含气量等许多内容,而铁液温度是其中的重要质量指标,它与铸件废品缺陷的产生、铸件材质的力学性能、能源的消耗等密切相关。通过发展铁液温度的测量技术,能够满足熔炼控制的要求,从而获得优质铁液。
Abstract In foundry the key to improve cast iron quality is high quality liquid iron which has
proper chemical composition,moisture and temperature etc.of which the temperature is the most
important quality index which has very close relation with casting defects,mechanical properties
and energy consumption.So by developing temperature measurement technique to satisfy melting
control demand,high quality liquid iron can be obtained.
